During this workshop you will have the opportunity to consider what you want from your team members, how you will communicate this, how you will measure success and how you will provide feedback that supports ongoing good performance.

By the end of this workshop you will be able to

  1. Outline roles and responsibilities for your team members
  2. Explain the standards of performance and behaviour that you are expecting in your business
  3. Define measures of success for individuals and teams
  4. Monitor performance and provide feedback so that individuals know how they are doing
  5. Create plans to build on good performance and address performance that isn’t meeting requirements
