The creative business support programme delivered by SPACE offers two full-day Saturday group workshops, followed by tailored one-to-one mentoring with industry experts. Each workshop brings together a dynamic cohort of around 20 creative, cultural and digital micro-businesses. It runs from Sept 2019 to Sept 2020 at the following locations:

Day One

Join our creative industry experts for an information-packed day. Understand how to optimise your social media activity, get a handle on your finances and learn crucial communication and presentation skills for engaging customers and clients. The day will include facilitated networking sessions with like-minded businesses. You will leave with workable strategies that will support you in running a more confident and successful creative business.

Day Two

Come to second day of workshops to learn the ten most common pricing strategies, how to increase your prices or fees without losing any clients, as well as how to register, protect and
commercialise your creative work. The day will end with an opportunity to discuss your mentoring needs and exchange contacts with the participants you’ve met over the course of the two days.You will leave feeling more confident when talking about money, pricing and your intellectual property rights.
