Overview:

Stansted Employment and Skills Academy, based next-door to the terminal building is managed by Urban Futures. It aims to continue the best practices derived from the London Stansted Employment Partnership (LSEP) but also to provide a service to any individual looking for employment at the airport, regardless of where they live, and a tailored service to meet the needs of airport employers. Urban Futures work closely with the other key stakeholders to ensure there is a joined-up approach to identifying individuals and matching them to training and employment opportunities at Stansted Airport.
