Ambitious Women in Essex are holding a week-long series of lunchtime sessions to help you destress from a range of topics which may be plaguing you right now.

Todays session will show you the benefits of destress through sophrology. If you aren’t sure what that is, then our expert Sandrine will guide you through how this practice can do wonders for your physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. Her sessions combine gentle body movements, breathing techniques and short positive visualisations.
