Attend this free Leading Change event to discover the different models for change management and how to be the agent for change you want to see in your organisation.

Do you want to take your organisation in a new direction or do things differently? How do you bring your staff on that journey with you?  What do you do to lead that change?

Attend this event to help you understand successful methods of change management and how to apply them.  It is designed to help you understand your role as the leader of change:

  • Have an overview of change management tools
  • Understand and identify those who are resistant to change and how to deal with that positively
  • Recognise the importance of your role as the leader of change and your own behaviours
  • Demonstrate the value of structured change in contributing to the success of your business

Aimed at business owners or leaders, the session is designed to be appropriate to the key decision makers in an SME: it will be relevant to those responsible for setting the future direction for the company.

This session is led by Anita Thornberry  Executive Director for the Haven Gateway Partnership where she sets strategic direction and overseeing its delivery.  Anita also works as a consultant advising organisations on strategic direction and leadership as well as writing bespoke strategies for them.
