Uflexi Roundtable – Tackling Skills Shortages & Inequality in Essex

Essex County Council and our partner GoodPeople CIC wish to engage with businesses to understand the market need for flexible working.  We are exploring the opportunity to launch a low cost flexible employment platform – one that gives employers access to a wide pool of local flexible workers on demand and enables local workers to secure good work and increase their earnings.  We are keen to gain a fuller understanding of the market.
